We are so overwhelmed by the strive for MORE-ness and BIG-ness in life that we confuse it with the true FULL-ness of the feminine expression. Expressing & embodying your feminine FULL-ness has little to do with a loud voice, loud clothes, or a loud lifestyle.
I have women who work with me who deeply desire to reconciliate this part of themselves, who have felt shamed for feeling this energy within them and not knowing how to express it in a way that feels safe & true to them.
The feminine is marred by ancestral memories of the burning times & other Patriarchal prejudices that have trickled down the line, so it’s hard for many feminine beings to not apologise for this essence. And so it gets hidden and toned down…. until it’s a bleak beige numbness tinged with resentment. But what also happens is the confusion of true FULLness of feminine expression, & a stereotyped expression of “femininity”, FEMPOWER, materialism, cosmetic procedures, “luxury”, & ego; becoming a grotesque modified & artificial expression of the feminine which I’m seeing more and more as a representation of feminine fullness & empowerment.
And this saddens me – because what if you realised it doesn’t have to be so overt; BIG and FULL are not the same. What if you knew it could be expressed in soft whispers, a captivating gaze, a subtle sway of the hips, quiet but assured ownership of self; in the mystery, in the not-revealed, in the natural, the cosmic, & the earthly.
It’s not something you learn or buy or study or grasp for. And we see this distorted so much in how “femininity”, FEMPOWER, & consumerism intersect. There’s a confusion of authentic expression, true resonance, & a forged copy-paste. There’s a muddling of a reclamation of true power & sovereignty, with excessive materialism to “prove” it so.
PSA: feminine fullness can’t be faked, it can’t be copied, it can’t be competed against. It inspires, it magnetises, it unifies, and it activates.
Because when you see a woman owning her feminine fullness you want what she’s “on”. It’s not through theory or text books that you own your FULL-ness, it’s through emBODYment.
It’s through doing the mindset work to notice patterns keeping you from it & then embodying your truth (not what you see is trending) day after day, in devotion.
It’s through returning to that sacred inner temple & feeling the beating of your heart, honouring your desires, expressing your gifts ~ even & especially when it’s scary and remembering you don’t have to change to do it: you can do it now, right where you are, right as you are.
Then, she naturally pours fourth from her cauldron once awoken. So forget about being the loudest in the room, forget about the material around you, forget about who/what you know. Forget about the size of your boobs/lips/bum, you don’t have to “look” a “part”. It’s so much deeper than that.
You already have it in you.
