The Wild Feminine® Facilitator Training is certified by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine). After successfully completing this Training (and assessments) you can become qualified as a IPHM certified Wild Feminine® Facilitator and gain professional and credible recognition in embodied feminine facilitation and leadership.

In module one we will be anchoring into the foundations of embodiment and the female soma. For our final module you'll be integrating your Wild Feminine® experience and implementing the Art of Embodied Facilitation in your offerings, business and leadership. You will learn and apply the key principles of embodied facilitation, honing your skills into a medicine bag and transformational tool kit, learning the nuances of space holding both physically and energetically, as well as advanced facilitation skills and how to plan your events with a transformational and trauma-aware lens. We will spend a month with the Priestess Archetype to take your leadership and facilitation into new dimensions, inspired by the divine and the devotional. You’ll also implement your learning into practical and shareable skills and resources with an online Practicum to share and facilitate an offering with your Training sisters that will go towards your Assessment of completion.

Since 2018, I've been creating community and transformational spaces at the intersection of women's embodiment, liberation, and leadership. The Wild Feminine® Facilitator Training is the culmination of all of it - everything I've studied, every woman I've held, every retreat I have facilitated, every risk I've taken - and it is ever-evolving, like the feminine herself.

The Schedule

What is the format of the live calls?
All calls are hosted live on Zoom, every other week, and will be around two hours long on Wednesdays at 4pm UK (8am Los Angeles / 11am New York / 5pm Berlin).

Do I have to attend all of the calls?
Call attendance is encouraged in this Training as showing up live adds a deeper element of self-accountability and it inspires engagement, discussion, and application and assimilation of the teachings in real time. Of course if your timezone doesn't allow that's understandable. You would be responsible for pacing yourself through the recordings.

Will the calls be recorded?
Calls will be available to watch on recording as everything will be uploaded into the Thinkific Portal if you have to miss one. If there are a number of people for whose Timezone doesn't suit the scheduled time we might look to alternate a different time

Is there any time "off"?
The calls are hosted roughly every three weeks with a week off for integration, with two official Break Weeks (over Christmas and New Year). This Training is as much about learning how to facilitate others as it is a big journey of self-development and self-discovery, too, so a lot comes up that deserves time to process.

WHEN DOES THE next training START?

The next cohort will run from 5th October 2026 - end of September 2027.  See full schedule for all the details. Applications close 2nd October.

how do i join?

1. Send in your application by following the Apply Here buttons and let us know why you want to join this Training.
2. If your application is accepted, you'll be invited to claim your space with a payment in full or a payment plan.
3. Receive a Welcome Email confirming your space including digital T&Cs to read and complete.

Will there be assessments?

If you want to complete the Training to be certified, you will have to complete a short written and practical assessment per module to prove that you have adequately understood the teachings and feel confident to share and apply them in your own way. Additionally, you'll complete an Online Practicum in the final month and In Person practicum if you're in the Online + In Person pathway.

How many hours will I have to spend on the training and materials?

You are encouraged to spend at least 5 hours a week on the training; divided into attending calls, reading material, in self-practice, engaging in the community, on assessment, partner work, 1:1s… That’s only one hour a day (Mon-Fri) so if you look at it that way which is completely do-able!

do i get any 1:1 time with fiona?

There are 3 x 1:1s with Fiona included in the Training. If you want to upgrade to monthly 1:1 support email fiona@fionamccoss.com for options.

how easy is it to make money as a facilitator?

Our communities are in dire need of skilled somatic embodiment facilitators. In this Training you'll learn both the tools, the embodiment, and the business skills to leave with a tangible tools and a clear plan for how and what to create to make your investment back, and a framework of how to set up and run paid offers moving foward.

is there an in-person training retreat?

Yes, there is an additional 50-Hour In Person Facilitation Retreat that you can upgrade to join through the Online + Retreat payment pathway. Spaces are limited and only available to Wild Feminine® alumni and graduates.

ARE THERE SCHOLARSHIP opportunities?

We are offering a handful of Part-Scholarship places to make the Training more accessible for the right women who genuinely can’t invest in the full tuition fee. This training is a well-structured dive into body and psyche Each module is a balanced blend of theory, bone-felt wisdom, embodiment practices and inquiries which guided me even deeper in. The modules build upon each other and create a coherent whole through which I deepened some topics “I thought I knew”, widened my field, but also saw where I’m holding back. I feel inspired, resourced and excited to share more, and my facilitation is more confident and settled.
