WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In month one we will be anchoring into the foundations of embodiment and the female soma. You will learn how to support women to access deeper body awareness through the whole body system for greater self-connection. You will learn about somatics, the nervous system and nervous system regulating practices; the bodymind, how to unlock stored memory and expression, trauma imprints, blood mysteries and womb wisdom. We will spend a month with the Wild Woman Archetype, exploring how the animal energy of the feminine will ground and inform your leadership and facilitation with powerful somatic foundations and trauma-informed awareness. Practically, you will learn how to support women to self-source, regulate, find safety in their bodies, and share with them somatic movement practices to tap into their primal wisdom.

We will spend a month with the Priestess Archetype to take your leadership and facilitation into new dimensions, inspired by the divine, and the devotional. Implement the five months of learning into practical and shareable skills and resources with an online and in-person Practicum to share and facilitate an offering with your Training sisters.

Hey, I’m Fiona McCoss. I’ve trained as a trauma-informed yoga teacher, a feminine embodiment coach, and women's transformational facilitator. I’ve also studied and explored the Tantric Temple arts, Taoism, and other Somatic healing modalities and have a deep reverence and fascination for archetypal and mythic work, exploring the feminine psyche and soma as a pathway to liberation and leadership.
WILD FEMININE® Facilitator Training is the culmination of my all my gathered knowledge from the past seven years of experience in holding transformational 1:1 space, curating powerful online programs, running life-changing international retreats, hosting sell-out events, creating a 27k+ online community, building a six-figure business, and serving thousands of women from all around the world online and in person.

The Schedule
What is the format of the live calls?
All calls are hosted live on Zoom and will be around two hours long and will be on Wednesdays at 4pm UK (8am Los Angeles / 11am New York / 5pm Berlin).
Do I have to attend all of the calls?
Call attendance is encouraged in this Training as showing up live adds a deeper element of self-accountability and it inspires engagement, discussion, and application and assimilation of the teachings in real time. Of course if your timezone doesn't allow that's understandable. You would be responsible for pacing yourself through the recordings.
Will the calls be recorded?
Calls will be available to watch on recording as everything will be uploaded into the Thinkific Portal if you have to miss one. If there are a number of people for whose Timezone doesn't suit the scheduled time we might look to alternate a different time every other week.
Is there any time "off"?
Every fourth week is an "Integration & Application" where you're invited to digest the material you've been learning so far and take time to practice and apply the teachings of the module yourself. There are also two additional Break Weeks (week 10 and week 19) for rest and to go "dark" and let things land and settle. This Training is as much about learning how to facilitate others as it is a big journey of self-development and self-discovery, too, so a lot comes up that deserves time to process.

Frequently Asked Questions
The next Training will run from the Opening Call on the 5th February to the close of the in-person retreat in Malaga, on 27th July 2025.
If you are unable to make the in-person retreat but would still like to be a part of this cohort, there is now an option for you to join in an Online Only pathway and price which includes everything in the full Training, except a place on the 7 - Day In Person Facilitation Retreat in Spain. Everyone who is accepted into the 2025 round will still be a part of the same cohort but those on the Online Only Pathway will close on the 16th July and those in the Online and In Person will close on the 27th July.
1. Send in your application and let us feel your desire to join this Training. What are your visions for the future. What are your intentions. Who you are and what you do in the world (or what you aspire to do). Applicants are carefully selected to ensure the group is well-suited, whilst honouring diversity and complementary life and work experiences. Spaces are limited so we have to be selective.
2. We will get back to you within 48 hours with either an invitation to join us and secure your spot, or offer you a loving alternative.
3. You'll receive digital T&Cs to read and complete as a commitment of your participation, alongside a payment link to either pay in full, or split pay over three, six, or twelve months. This is required back within 48 hours of your offer to secure your spot as spaces are limited.
4. We celebrate and get ready to meet each other on our first call at the end of January!
Each month there will be a short written and practical assessment at the end of each module to prove that you have adequately understood the teachings and feel confident to share and apply them in your own way.
You are encouraged to spend at least 5 hours a week on the training; divided into attending calls, reading material, in self-practice, engaging in the community, on assessment, partner work, 1:1s… That’s only one hour a day (Mon-Fri) so if you look at it that way which is completely do-able!
There are 2 x 1:1s with Fiona included in the Training but If you choose to Pay in Full you get a bonus 1:1 extra.
