MATRIARCH is a way of leading that is rooted in body wisdom, in values, in devotion, in the understanding that prosperity in the hands of women is the antidote to greed, extraction, and destruction. It circulates, it regenerates, it builds the kind of world the women of ancient times knew was possible.
Tens of thousands of years ago when the Goddess wasn't just a hashtag or a dress, but a consciousness, a faith, a deity with as much importance the God we know today. She was at the centre of life and so we lived in a more matriarchal society where women were honoured as incarnations of this Goddess, the Great Mother. Our bellies round like the earth, our cycles like the seasons, our monthly blood a portal to untapped wisdom, our power to birth life a mirror of nature.
Yet over time this culture was erased so thoroughly that most of us were never taught it existed. What we inherited instead was a world built by and for men, including the world of business: its structures, its metrics, its definitions of success, its relationship with money.

We absorbed them so completely, we built our businesses inside them, measured ourselves against them, burned out trying to succeed in a world that was never designed for us.
And then we wondered why it always felt like a struggle?
Why we didn't feel like we ever belonged?
Why success felt so hard to obstain?
More women in business, and in positions of power and influence, will change the way this world is run. And it has to start with us. Women invest back into their families, their communities, their causes because we care. Prosperous women share out of generous hearts and overflowing cups to build a future world that supports us all. We are here to influence the kind of world we live in - so what are you creating?
MATRIARCH is more than a business container, together we are gathering the bones of something ancient, understanding that when women lead from their own nature and prosper on their own terms, the world is restored.

MATRIARCH is what I call a Sistermind. Where the old masculine model of doing business is out, and the feminine model is in. We swap ‘hot seats’ and hierarchy for devotional circle support and coherence, and metrics that are less about numbers and more about impact and intention.
In a Sistermind, your wins are celebrated not compared. You will never see a league table in sight, so help me God(dess). Neither are you seen as something or someone to fix, or rescue, but as a valuable member of our council with insights and lived experience to share.

About the MATRIARCH, Fiona McCoss
One of the things I love (and I'm really good at) is working with women to ignite their excitement, their creative energy, their inspiration, their magick, their gifts, and translating that into their business and offerings.
I've built not just one but two successful feminine-led businesses. I've been self-employed for over eight years, bringing in six-figures, serving clients all around the world, running international retreats, a Facilitator Training, signature group programs, and more.
But many women who started alongside me aren't where I am. Many peaked too soon, some folded, burnt out, or lost the love of it all. So I'm obviously doing something right if I'm still standing and still serving...
NGL it wasn't always easy and I made a lot of mistakes and had to learn things the hard way. Which is why I don't believe in gatekeeping. I want you to succeed because we need more women in business and out of the System. We need more Matriarchy.
I am no traditional “business coach”. I don't believe in formulas or one-size-fits-all ways of working. I work with you intimately offering embodied strategy and practical how-to's to build and grow a feminine business. And my clients get results. They go from about-to-give-up to falling (back) in love with their work; making no money to building out profitable product suites; Imposter Syndrome to TedX talks.
