About the MATRIARCH, Fiona McCoss
One of the things I love (and I'm really good at) is working with women to ignite their excitement, their creative energy, their inspiration, their magick, their gifts, and translating that into their business and offerings.
I've built not just one but two successful feminine-led businesses. I've been self-employed for over eight years, bringing in six-figures, serving clients all around the world, running international retreats, a Facilitator Training, signature group programs, and more.
But many women who started alongside me aren't where I am. Many peaked too soon, some folded, burnt out, or lost the love of it all. So I'm obviously doing something right if I'm still standing and still serving...
NGL it wasn't always easy and I made a lot of mistakes and had to learn things the hard way. Which is why I don't believe in gatekeeping. I want you to succeed because we need more women in business and out of the System. We need more Matriarchy.
I am no traditional “business coach”. I don't believe in formulas or one-size-fits-all ways of working. I work with you intimately offering embodied strategy and practical how-to's to build and grow a feminine business. And my clients get results. They go from about-to-give-up to falling (back) in love with their work; making no money to building out profitable product suites; Imposter Syndrome to TedX talks.
