AI is coming: make yourself irreplaceable

Over the holidays my family and I have been talking about the rise of AI. I wanted to share with you my thoughts on how that will affect people like you and me, in service- and client-based industries, and why we need to do something about it.

Embodying your craft in the AI era

We are in a time when it’s not just a choice to double down on our craft and be the true embodiment of our work – it’s a must. It’s not good enough to just talk the talk, you gotta walk it baby. Walk like it, sleep like it, breathe like it, make love like it. You get the picture.

I’m sure you’ve seen (if not tried) ChatGPT (or Bard, etc) that will write content for you. You may also have seen the AI generated “models” (I shared about it on IG the other day). The AI growth and sophistication is scary, and also very creepy, and is literally taking away livelihood and threatening the passions of so many humans.

Why am I sharing this with you?

Because if you’re not careful, AI may just become better than what you’re offering. AI may just impersonate you and steal your work and clients.

Why AI can’t replace the feminine

It’s not just enough to be a “coach” anymore. It’s not just enough to write good copy and make pretty Canva graphics. There will be an AI program for all of that.

You need to embody and expand into more of your feminine energy, wisdom, and power; take the embodiment of your work to the next level. AI will never be able to replace energy, innovation, creativity, or inspiration, you see.

So, you need to upskill, flesh out, deepen, master, embody more of that which you are here to awaken, teach, and lead on in order to expand into and secure your future doing the work you love in the way you love it.

Skills for deep, transformational facilitation and space holding have never been more needed. We need to become irreplaceable; we need our work to be un-AI’able.

We are seeing a big shift happening in our industries in the way we (women) are working (deeper) and the standards we are setting (higher). And you can either keep up with the change and go deep with us, or get left behind swimming on the surface with the superficial BS that doesn’t fly anymore. That get rich quick instant fix shit is done.
